Coincidence or not?
This idea apparently has won Bronze Lion @ Cannes this year. It was submitted by DDB BRASIL São Paulo. What's curious is that I have posted an identical idea 2 years ago here on my blog.

Not coincidence. I have a similar story with a line drawing of Penelope's Web; now stolen and for sale on zazzle. Mimicry is the sincerest form of flattery but credit is so much better.
